Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of elitehostpartners.com (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products and services from Elite Host Partners ("EHP," "we," "us"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital products

Our playbooks, guides, checklists, and spreadsheets are digital goods delivered electronically. Nothing physical will ship. Upon purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or single-business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or create derivative products from our materials without written permission.

2. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final except where required by law or expressly stated on a product page. If a file is defective or you cannot access your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

3. Services

Interior design, property setup, and installation services are quoted and contracted separately. Estimates are not binding until confirmed in writing. Service work is performed with reasonable care; our liability for any service engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.

4. Educational content — no advice

All content is educational. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. See our Earnings Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and for complying with laws, regulations, platform terms, and lease agreements applicable to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all materials sold on it, including named frameworks and methods, are the intellectual property of EHP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EHP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
