Before you book.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Remote projects get the same process over video: a live walkthrough, a personalized mood board, a curated buy list with direct purchase links, and step-by-step styling instructions.

Can you design within my budget?

That's the job. Heather designs to a number you set — and because we spec furniture for high-traffic rentals every week, we know where to spend and where to save.

What makes rental design different?

A rental has to perform: photos that stop the scroll, layouts that review well, and materials that survive turnover after turnover. We design for the nightly rate as much as the room — durability, amenity placement, and the listing photo are all part of the concept.

Do I have to use your setup crew?

No — design-only is welcome. Most local clients hand the buy list straight to our setup team for receiving, assembly, and styling, but every plan is written so any installer can execute it.

Homes or rentals?

Both. Personal residences get design built around how you live; rentals get design built to lift bookings, reviews, and nightly rates — durable materials included.
