Can you negotiate or sign for me?

No — we report, you decide. We'll flag what to ask for, but all negotiation and signing stay between you and your agent.

Will you check the unit against a listing?

Yes. Tell us what the listing promises and we'll verify it on site — and note anything that doesn't match.

Do you cover showings outside Greater Boston?

Across New England, yes. Travel beyond Greater Boston is quoted in advance.

What if I book two showings in one day?

Each showing is its own $250 report. Book them together and we'll schedule efficiently.
