What happens if something is damaged?

We carry commercial liability coverage, inspect the unit at every professional cleaning — multiple times per month — and repair minor wear ourselves. Most owners tell us the property is better maintained than when they managed it.

What does this cost me?

Nothing. We furnish, design, clean, and maintain at our expense. You receive rent on the first, like any lease — just without the vacancies, turnover costs, or 11 PM phone calls.

What lease terms do you sign?
