The brief

The second of two MJ Oasis condos near Magoun Square — a newly renovated second-floor 3-bedroom that needed a personality of its own so the two listings would complement, not compete.

What we did

Consulting, design by Heather, and a full turnkey setup by the EHP crew. This unit leans warm and playful: earth-toned bedrooms with statement art, a deep sectional lounge, a styled dining nook — and its signature feature, a private game room with a retro arcade machine and a stocked game library that guests mention in nearly every review.

The result

An Airbnb Guest Favorite rated 5.0★ with perfect scores in all six rating categories. The very first guests called it "brand new, spotless, and incredibly well-thought-out" — and the game room became the listing's calling card.
