Somerville Modern Condo — Design + Full Setup

The brief

A brand-new two-bedroom condo in historic Somerville, four minutes from the T, with a private balcony and rooftop deck. Executive Haven wanted a launch that would stand out in a competitive market — design and build, one team.

What we did

Complete interior design by Heather plus full EHP setup: concept, furnishing plan, procurement, receiving, assembly, and styling. The design leans modern and calm — a moss-green and black kitchen palette, warm woods, and layered textiles — with a 65" media wall, a retro arcade machine and custom Pac-Man table, styled balcony seating, and a full family amenity program.

The result

An Airbnb Guest Favorite ranked in the top 5% of homes, rated 5.0★ across 17 reviews — perfect scores on cleanliness, accuracy, communication, and value. One guest called it "the ultimate, most absolutely perfect place to stay."
