The brief

MJ Oasis — a corporate-housing operator — came to EHP with two newly renovated Somerville condos near Magoun Square and one goal: launch both as standout listings, fast. This is the first — a ground-level 3-bedroom with two private balconies and dedicated parking.

What we did

The full EHP stack: launch consulting, an interior design concept led by Heather, and a complete turnkey setup — procurement, receiving, assembly, styling, and amenity stocking. Coastal-calm palette with navy accents, styled balcony lounge and bistro seating, charging-station nightstands in every bedroom, and a full family program down to the toddler dishware.

The result

An Airbnb Guest Favorite rated 5.0★ with perfect scores in all six rating categories — cleanliness, accuracy, check-in, communication, location, and value. Guests called it "pristine" and "tastefully remodeled" from the very first stays.
