Somerville Stylish 2BR — Design + Full Setup

The brief

The sister unit to our Modern Condo project — a new-construction two-bedroom condo in Somerville with balcony and roof access, aimed at families and groups visiting Boston. Same client, same standard: design plus complete setup.

What we did

Heather's design concept executed end-to-end by the EHP crew: warm neutrals with rust and amber accents, a twin-bed kids' room, dual smart-TV media setup, arcade corner, styled balcony, and a fully stocked kitchen, bath, and family amenity program. Every delivery received, every piece assembled and placed, photo-ready at handoff.

The result

An Airbnb Guest Favorite in the top 10% of homes, rated 5.0★ across 15 reviews with perfect scores on cleanliness, accuracy, check-in, and communication. In a guest's words: "even more beautiful and had more amenities than the photos suggested."
