The brief

The third unit of the Premier Housing Ventures triplex — a cozy 2-bedroom, top-floor apartment sleeping eight across three beds. Smaller footprint, same standard, same two-week building-wide deadline.

What we did

Full turnkey execution of the client's design: receiving, assembly, staging, and decor tuned to the unit's angled top-floor character, mounted TVs, and the building's shared tech package — Wi-Fi–enabled smart locks and exterior surveillance — installed by the EHP crew.

The result

The triplex's quiet overachiever: a perfect 5.0★ across 21 reviews, an Airbnb Guest Favorite in the top 10% of homes. Guests describe it exactly the way a setup crew hopes: "clean, uncluttered," with "spacious bedrooms" and comfortable beds.
