The brief

The largest unit in Premier Housing Ventures' Cambridge triplex — four bedrooms, six beds, built to sleep twelve. Group-sized units are unforgiving: more furniture, more assembly, more ways for a launch to slip. It was delivered inside the same two-week whole-building turnaround as its neighbors.

What we did

Full turnkey execution of the client's design: package receiving, assembly of every piece across four bedrooms and shared spaces, staging and decor placement, and mounted TVs. Building-wide, EHP installed Wi-Fi–enabled smart locks and the exterior surveillance system — the operational backbone for self check-in at scale.

The result

An Airbnb Guest Favorite in the top 10% of homes, rated 4.95★ across 19 reviews. Guests call it "spacious and well equipped" — exactly what a twelve-guest unit has to be.
