The brief

R&R Premier Stays — the same family-owned hosting company behind our Cambridge apartment project — was launching a luxe 5-bedroom, 3-bath unit near Central Square, built for groups of up to 15 with two on-site parking spots. The interior design was already in place. What they needed was the execution: every piece received, assembled, mounted, and finished to a standard that photographs well and holds up to guests.

What we did

EHP handled the full setup across all five bedrooms, the living spaces, and three bathrooms — furniture assembly, placement, art and mirrors hung level, and the final styling pass. We replaced the light fixtures throughout the unit with new pendants and fixtures that match the design, and installed ceiling fans throughout the property — every bedroom and the living room — timed to land just as Cambridge rolled into its best season.

The result

A five-bedroom listing that went live finished, not “almost finished,” and earned 5-star reviews from its very first guests. This is the kind of project that shows what we mean by setup: a designer's plan, executed completely, by one team.
