The brief

Premier Housing Ventures had a fully renovated Cambridge triplex near Harvard Square, a design plan of their own, and a clock running. EHP's job: execute the entire three-unit building to a guest-ready standard — fast. Our crew turned around the whole triplex in about two weeks. This is the flagship unit: a 3-bedroom, 2-bath sleeping eight.

What we did

Full turnkey execution of the client's design: every package received and staged, complete furniture assembly, decor placement and staging, and TV mounts in the living room and bedrooms. We also handled the tech layer — Wi-Fi–enabled smart locks for keyless self check-in and a four-camera exterior surveillance system — so the building was secure and operational from day one.
