Cambridge Apartment — Setup Assist, Custom Lighting & Patio Build

The brief

R&R Premier Stays — a family-owned hosting company — was launching a 3-bedroom apartment in a beautifully restored 1894 Cambridge building, steps from Central Square. They ran the project; EHP provided the skilled hands and the finishing touches.

What we did

Working alongside the host's team, EHP handled partial setup and furniture assembly across the unit and installed custom wall-mounted light fixtures in the bedrooms — the kind of detail guests photograph. After launch, we came back for phase two: a complete outdoor patio build — lounge seating, string lighting, a propane fire-pit table, and corn hole — designed to elevate the guest experience and the listing itself.

The result
