A three-bedroom, three-bath single-family in the heart of Cambridge — minutes from Harvard, MIT, and Union Square — that needed to go from empty to guest-ready for groups of up to 10. Executive Haven handled the market; EHP handled the build.

What we did

Full turnkey setup: receiving every delivery, assembly of all furniture, mounting, styling, and amenity stocking across three floors. Signature touches include a basement game room with arcade and foosball, a private patio with fire-pit table and BBQ, dedicated workspaces, and a complete family program — pack 'n play, baby monitor, high chair, and toddler-friendly kitchenware. Kitchen, linen, and bath programs fully stocked for day-one hosting.
